Hayley Parker has a performance and training background that has seen her journey from her birthplace South Africa, to New York, London, China and Australia. She is a wife and a mother with a big passion for the performing arts. Hayley holds a BA Degree in Performing Arts, a Diploma in Contemporary Dance, a Post Graduate Diploma in Secondary Dance and Drama Education with full TRBWA registration, Acrobatic Arts Teaching Module, Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (RAD), Post Graduate Certificate in Theology and her Progressing Ballet Technique certification amongst other continued professional development courses.

Starting her training at the age of 3 in classical ballet, Hayley has spent years training in her craft and is now a Registered Royal Academy of Dance Ballet Teacher and Practical Teacher Training Supervisor and Mentor for the RAD Ballet teacher training program (CBTS). Hayley also served on the Royal Academy of Dance West Australian Regional Advisory Panel for 4 years and has won the RAD photographic competition.

An accomplished teacher and professional performer, she has appeared in the singing reality show Idol, many large-scale stage musicals (including Oliver, Nine, Chicago, Mamma Mia and My Fair Lady), TV commercials for Pepsi, Western Power and Advantage Air (My Place) and many short films. She has also worked in Australia as a performer for a traveling children’s theatre show. She has been a professional adjudicator/judge for dance competitions around Australia while also having trained in South Africa, London and completed a course in the Vaganova Russian Ballet Principles in New York, USA. Just prior to the pandemic she travelled to Shenyang, China to teach at Changing Ballet Academy and share her knowledge.

Hayley is also proudly part of the sisterhood of pageantry in Australia and internationally having previously won the title Ms Regal World 2021 and more recently holding the current title and reign as Ms Premiere Elite 2022.

As a passionate educator and performer who wants to inspire future generations and share her knowledge she can’t wait to see what you bring to the stage!

Julie Moore

Julie has been involved in the West Australian dance industry for over 30 years as a student, performer, teacher, choreographer and adjudicator.

Trained in RAD Ballet and ISTD Tap & Modern Syllabi, Julie also holds Certificates in Dance Teaching & Management.

Passionate about developing young dancers, Julie has worked for various dance studios, schools and colleges across WA. She has been responsible for designing, developing and delivering learning programs in many dance genres such as jazz, classical ballet, contemporary, tap, acro and creative dance.

Under her guidance and tuition, students have experienced continued success in both formal dance exams and national dance competitions with students going on to secure placements in Australia’s most sought after full time tertiary dance programs. Many former students are now working with international renowned dance companies.

As a performer Julie has won numerous awards for dance examinations and competitions. She also competed in Sports Aerobics Championships; where she won medals at State, National and World Championships.

Julie still continues to choreograph and perform for various festivals and charity events around Perth both on stage and television.

Julie has had the great pleasure of adjudicating local WA Dance Festivals such as The Kwinana Dance Festival and The Dance Friendlies -Rockingham.

She prides herself on providing all competitors with relevant and constructive feedback.

 Julie’s goal is to inspire and encourage the next generation of Australian dancers.

Deby!s career spans over 35 years in many aspects of the entertainment business – Performing, choreographing, teaching, directing & producing in: stage, television, cabaret & musical theatre.

Trained in Perth (CSTD Full Teachers Diploma – Theatrical, and RAD) her career took her to venues all over the world – Spain, Japan, Monte Carlo & the USA with continuous training at Pineapple Studios (UK), The Edge (LA) and Broadway Dance Centre (NYC).

Career highlights were performing as a “Rockette!#in the world famous Radio City Christmas Spectacular and a National US tour with “Chicago, the Musical!.

Living in the USA for over 17 years, Deby was resident Rehearsal Director & Choreographer with Royal Caribbean International for 11 years, directing & re-staging 22 shows.

Collaborating with Marguerite Scott Entertainment, created, choreographed & directed interactive dance events for RCCL, Celebrity Cruises & Norwegian Cruise Lines.

Deby created ‘KRAVE Perth dance agency’ in October 2016 – connecting Perth talent to the global stage. KRAVE artists perform on Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Lines, MSC, Disney Cruise Lines and locally with Carmelo Entertainment & Boyd Productions.

Deby has had the great pleasure of adjudicating various competitions – Kwinana Dance Festival, West Dance Awards, WA Performing Arts Eisteddfod Bunbury, West Coast Dance Festival, Elite Eisteddfod, Wakakirri, IGSSA, Onstage Performing Arts,
Performing Arts Festival for Catholic Schools, Enter The Stage and Country Dance Week & guest teaches at various dance studios in WA.

Currently on the inaugural dance panel of the Performing Arts WA awards, on faculty at The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) and proudly part of the dance family at The Dance Workshop, Deby mentors, teaches and choreographs
multi-generations of dancers in WA.

From Penrith to Paris, Mumbai to Miami and Cairns to Cannes, Pauly Maybury has performed in over 257 different destinations around the globe!

Obtaining a Full Scholarship to Australian Theatre For Young People at age 12, Pauly set his sights on incorporating Acting into his many years of Dance Training, studying both successfully at Newtown High School of the Perrforming Arts. During his time at NHSPA / ATYP, Pauly was featured in numerous roles including:

  • ‘Home And Away’ – Talbot Williams
  • ‘MacBeth’ – Sydney Theatre Company
  • ‘Looking For Alibrandi’ – Feature Film
  • Regular ‘Mo Awards’ and ‘Aria Awards’ Dancer
  • ‘Farscape’ – USA Sci Fi Channel

At age 17, Pauly moved to Western Australia to attend the BA in Performing Arts at WAAPA and followed with contracts overseas in various countries – North & South America, Europe, Asia & Africa working with Companies and Artists as Choreographer & Performer with Princess Cruises, Walt Disney Productions, Ke$ha, Tokyo Shock Boys, Stacey Orrico, Kylie Minogue and Lady Gaga. Closer to home, he has supported Madison Avenue, Vanessa Amorosi, Dami Im and is Lead Performer in Dewayne Everett-Smith ‘It’s Like Love’ Video and as ‘TAP’ in Hot Shoe Shuffle.

Recent years have seen a shift towards building a greater education within children’s entertainment. While on 2 years contract at Tokyo Disney Resort – playing Aladdin, he proved popular with Disney Touring Productions USA, who loved his take on Aladdin so much, he was the first Australian to be cast in a Touring Disney Production with Disney Live! – spearheading the tour to Europe with ‘Mickeys Music Festival’. Since then he has worked regularly over the last 5 years as Creative Team, Choreographer, Associate Director & Performer with TV Brands : Elf – ’The Fairies’ TV Show (Channel 7), B1 – ‘Bananas In Pyjamas’ (ABC TV), Hoot – ‘Giggle and Hoot’(ABC TV) and Cookie Monster – ‘Sesame Street’ (SSW USA).

Pauly spends his time Educating, Nurturing, and Promoting talented Performing Arts Students in WA’s best Full-Time Tertiary Schools and runs ASSEMBLY OF TALENT – an Elite Program for performers who want to get ahead in the industry. This allows lots of flexibility to Adjudicate Competitions Interstate and Internationally and stay on top of Technique & Styles, while meeting fantastic new Talent!

Bianca Chater is a highly regarded studio Principal from Perth Western Australia. Owner of one of Australia’s largest and reputable Dance Studios in Australia, Bianca and her team have been awarded many National titles and is a very well known public figure in the dance industry throughout Australia.

Career

Bianca began her career at the very young age of 4, growing up with a high level of training in Perth in all genre, including Jazz, Tap, Classical ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre and Acrobatics following RAD and CSTD syllabus to teacher level. Dancing professionally throughout Australia with a prestigious dance team and decided to establish her own studio in 1996. As the studio grew, Bianca continued to educate to compliment the studio including Diploma in Public Relations, Diploma of Marketing and Business, Certified Event Planner, Certificate III and IV in fitness, Diploma in Musical Theatre, Certificate in Training and Assessment, Certificate in Dance Teaching and Graduate Diploma in Dance Teaching and Management.

 

Bianca is a registered Assessor and regularly travels throughout Australasia adjudicating and examining students in all genres of Dance. In 2015 Bianca was named “Business Women of the Year” for Western Australia and her studio has now on three occasions been awarded “Business of the Year”. Bianca not only produces some of Australia’s finest dancers with four current International title holders and Overall National champion studio title but she runs a highly successful 1500 student studio, a husband and two gorgeous daughters.

 

Her aim is to provide valuable feedback, comprehensive crits and a positive rewarding experience for all competitors.​
