Georgia Brocklebank
Dance
Georgia began dancing at the age of 2 where her passion for the performing arts was born. Growing up Georgia studied all genres of dance and undertook many examinations including ISTD modern and tap, ATOD jazz, tap, contemporary and RAD ballet where she reached the level of Advanced 1.
In 2016 Georgia began her teaching journey, teaching recreational and examination classes whilst training under well known instructors across WA. In 2019 Georgia graduated from the Royal Academy of Dance attaining her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies and gaining her registered teaching status. During 2017-2019 Georgia studied and graduated from Principal Academy of Dance gaining her Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts (majoring in Dance) learning from industry professionals in all performing arts areas including singing and acting. Georgia has professional experience including working as a suit artist, performing in the Optus Stadium Opening ceremony and more.
After graduating full-time training, Georgia’s passion for teaching grew massively. She began freelancing at multiple studios, high schools and even FIFO work teaching at small communities across WA. Georgia is now Head of department at 3 studios in Perth, training and entering students in for RAD exams. She can’t wait to further her career by sharing her breadth of knowledge with the next generation of dancers on the competition stage.
