Acting & Theatrical Drama:

Evaluating spoken language, public speaking, and dramatic expression to elevate theatrical performances.

Vocal Performance:

A two-year contract at Tokyo Disney Resort playing Aladdin led to him becoming the first Australian cast member in Feld Entertainment’s Disney Live! for Mickey’s Music Festival. In children’s television, he has worked regularly with The Fairies (Channel 7/The Fairies PL), Bananas in Pyjamas (ABC), Giggle & Hoot (ABC), Sesame Street (SSW USA/TES), and Scooby Doo (TES).

Today, Pauly focuses on educating and mentoring emerging talent at leading vocational performing arts and tertiary schools, adjudicating across Australia and abroad. As a proud member of ADA for over 5 years, his passion for artistic excellence has inspired countless performers. Always eager to embrace new challenges, he looks forward to exploring fresh opportunities at national and international eisteddfods—continuing to celebrate, innovate, and elevate the performing arts on a global stage.
